The IEA Board has come from around Australia for a couple of days together to undertake forward planning for 2025 and meet in person for the first time ever to build team cohesion. We enjoyed farm visits to renowned regen farmer Martin Royds and the Mulloon Institute whilst here.
The IEA accreditation 'Knowledge Circles' sit across three interrelated categories: head (theoretical knowledge), hands (practical/experiential knowledge), and heart (the why of regeneration). Learn more at our upcoming Aug 19 information session. Details: https://t.co/lHIkSGBbbO

We're now up to 2,020 people with unfettered, 24/7 access to Parliament House.
We have no idea who these people are.
This is a huge transparency fail that doesn't live up to community standards.

Indigenous Affairs reporter Isabella Higgins says the No victory in the Indigenous Voice to Parliament Referendum could change the way Indigenous Australians will want to interact with the rest of the country going forward.
Bob Brown has made a plea to PM Albanese from deep in Tasmania’s forest destruction Zone: “You should come & see this! This forest of giants includes the most beautiful natural fernery I have ever seen. It is being turned into a sqallid pile of smashed branches and mud. @AlboMP
My latest article was published in The West Australian today.
“The effective silencing of the Pilbara voice is consistent with the history of Indigenous voices since
Federation. One government will establish a representative body; the next takes it away.”

Super proud to be contributing to the fantastic debates being held by @TableDebates on the agri-food system. Another iteration of our (@davila_federico @UTSISF ) recent research on the emergence of regenerative agriculture, tailored especially for food system actors
Check out my latest article: 'Restoration for Profit: the impact of stories on defining regenerative agriculture' https://t.co/Ux1ke7i94C via @LinkedIn Thanks to @chrisjriedy and @davila_federico
@BryonySands@Mario_R_Machado@AlissaCWhite An important addition to #regenerativeagriculture literature explaining the Indigenous origins of common regen practices. These practices have been dismembered from relational values & worldviews - which are required for true food systems transformation. Thanks @BryonySands
What is regenerative agriculture?
The term is becoming increasingly common in food systems discussions, but lacks a formal definition. Ask what counts as “regenerative” & based on individual/context, you’re likely to get a different answer.

There really is no such thing as a “progressive ‘No’.”
All of Lidia’s arguments about sovereignty & treaty being affected if we succeed have been debunked. And she hasn’t explained how losing could possibly help close the gap.
There simply is no progress if Hanson and Co win.
