Today marks the 16th anniversary of Resident Evil: Afterlife 💥

It premiered in Tokyo on September 2, 2010, and was subsequently released on different dates in other regions.

The film is the first in the series to be released in 3D and is the fourth installment in the Resident Evil film series written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson and starring Milla Jovovich. Elements from Resident Evil 5 were incorporated into the film.

Alice searches for a place called "Arcadia" and rescues the remaining survivors of the T-Virus pandemic in Los Angeles, who unite against Albert Wesker, the head of the Umbrella Corporation.
