Samuel Coleridge-Taylor (born 1875) was an influential British conductor and composer during the early 20th century. @UkNatArchives holds an incredible collection of photographs of Coleridge-Taylor. This photo was registered for copyright protection in 1905. #BHM

I'm currently researching British-Jamaican radical and abolitionist Robert Wedderburn @UkNatArchives. In 1819 he was tried for blasphemy. His pamphlets 'The Axe Laid to The Root' were used as evidence against him and have survived in our records.
