So much talk about the Utd system etc, in my eyes it’s quite simple, Utd have failed to defend against the counter attack for years. CB slow, making wrong decisions. Teams know if they let Utd come at them they will get success by breaking quickly. That and individual errors

@AmyyyRosee Repetition, move more through the day, regular routine of exercise also. I know it’s hard I am a PT and found I put 4 stone on over a few years, kept doing bits but suddenly found the motivation to get my exercise regular, move more, avoid sitting down and I am 4 KG from target
