Going out on a limb here but in any footballing country in the world if you score & you celebrate in front of opposition fans, this is the least that will happen. This sort of thing is part of a rivalry & actually healthy for the growth of football culture in WV & US, calm down.

Sorry I have to bite at “our once famous academy” what?!? #Pompey academy has always been guff. Under any ownership. Bore a bit of fruit late 80/s early 90s but never been renowned, respected or particularly productive. Proximity to London & them lot down road made sure of that.

All bias aside genuinely just is the loudest ground in country, I’ve done games in all but 1 prem ground. I’ve done fair share of EFL aways. In terms of consistency & peak I do think this is top. Other places get loud for 15 mins here & there, this is just a wall of noise #Pompey

As someone that worked so hard to build a retro #pompey kit collection, all these remakes have left me feeling a bit of a knob 🤣. The 97/98 away was my holy grail, scoured the internet for years for a seller, had to verify it was real & even then couldn’t get a good size… 1/2
