This is an odd claim. According to Companies House @BylineTimes have two significant (“greater than 50% less than 75%”) shareholders which are anonymised nominee entities.

The company also appears to be operating on the “model articles” under which controlling shareholders can appoint and remove directors.

But @peterjukes is claiming that the directors “have majority voting power”.

Now this could be the case if the directors themselves have obscured their shareholdings within the nominee entities - perhaps Jukes can comment?
