Monthly average sleep at just under 9 hours a day.
Weekly average screen time on main phone is typically under 8 hours a day.

There was once a time where I would sleep under 4 hours a day & be on TradingView:Twitter all day. Twitter (X) now is just so botted and full of fake traders and haters so I’m barely on here. Alongside with price action this year been so ass, all based on news & war conflicts etc.
