If you are called to love and serve others...
what does that look like when they are struggling and pushing you away? When they are distant? Do you run after them or give them space? Do you hold them accountable or offer grace?
I pray, today, that we all lead with love.

"When one advances confidently in the direction of one's dreams and endeavors to live the life of which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours."
Henry David Thoreau
The most inaccurate thing I was told as a young coach is that it takes 3-5 years to build culture.
Building culture is a daily process, you never arrive, and it doesn't get easier. You have to draw your line in the sand as far as what you stand for and compete for it daily.
Excited to get in the gym and teach some details about form, footwork and finishing your jumpshot!! Camp has limited spots - if interested, sign up TODAY here: https://t.co/beMjn5wn9R
Life is about others. The faster we realize that... the faster we find success in whatever we are doing. Want a great life? Give it away to others in serving them!
There is nothing more true about building culture in ANYTHING - business, church, family, school, athletic program.
โFight for it DAILYโ

What leadership mentors do YOU have in your life?
As a coach, our job is to be a bucket. No, not that kind of bucket.
You take in information and you pour it out onto others. That is the most powerful part of our job... we are made to be filled up so we can fill up others!
Look at all of the brilliant people who are speaking at this Hoop Network Clinic. Every coach should plan to be at Ironwood High School from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on May 18. You will not want to miss this. Let's improve as coaches so that we can help our players get better.
Can't wait to support @TheHoopNetwork and local Youth Coaches by having @CoachColletti come and share about developing leadership in your athletes. Gonna be a great experience to support our local youth basketball community!
Follow us at @RelentlessBBLL because this account will be changing its name and content very soon. still very excited for all that Relentless is doing in our community #BuildingMode
One of the big reasons why I started a training academy where we train 2 days a week and play a one hour filmed/structured game and watch the tape with the kids afterword.
Too many games and not enough training = injuries and lack of skill development.
