"...insiders are betting Zodiac’s drilling strategy at the company’s Todi project in Liberia will pay off for the West African miner. Over the past six months, three insiders have spent a total of $1.2-million buying shares in the public market. The most recent purchase was on Oct. 14 when Chairman Brett Richards bought 233,500 shares at $0.32. Mr. Richards is the largest beneficial insider equity holder with just over 18.8 million shares."
This is a long post.... lots to comment on from this interview - $NEM shelved this Nevada #gold deposit for 15 years. Mike Allen says it stops where the drilling stops (not stopped because of geology)

Mike sat down with Jay Martin for close to 40 minutes on Northumberland, and it's the most complete walk-through of the deal so far.
How it came loose. Northumberland came to Newmont in the 2011 Fronteer deal as the secondary asset behind Long Canyon, then went into the storage locker. Most of Newmont's Nevada team moved over to the Nevada Gold Mines JV with $B, so advancing it would have meant building a new mining team for a project too small to move the needle for a major. Mike knew the ground from his Northern Empire days, saw Newmont selling non-core assets, and asked for it by name while working on a separate deal with their corp dev team.
What's there
✅ 2.86 Moz AuEq Indicated and 1.57 Moz Inferred, around 1.26 g/t Au
✅ 25 km from $K's Round Mountain
✅ Parts once classified as Measured before the 1980s and 90s data was downgraded for age
✅ Nothing new published since 2010, with core, met samples and the data archive organized and intact
Where it can grow.
It's a stacked system, and many older holes stopped in the upper zone, leaving gaps like the Rockwell target with high grade above and below and nothing drilled in between. The deposit sits on an anticline with the resource mostly on the western limb, while the eastern limb runs under barren cover and is largely untested. The Caldera target near the pit is open as well. "We're not seeing the system waning at the edge. We're just seeing that there's a lack of data."
The plan.
✅ Phase one is 15,000 m, two-thirds RC and one-third core, on a US$8.2M budget
✅ Five existing drill permits, with new pads permitted alongside
✅ First results about six weeks after the rigs start
✅ PEA targeted for early 2028
✅ US$70M upfront to Newmont, with two US$25M payments due only after feasibility and commercial production
The bigger picture.
Alan Pangbourne, former COO of $SSRM and a mine builder, joins as Chairman, and Mike is weighing a maiden resource at Hercules that he thinks gets valued higher inside a bigger company. He's done this before, buying an unloved asset for $10M at Northern Empire and selling to $CDE for $120M 16 months later.
"There's a real opportunity here to bring out something that has been long dormant and really start to bring it back to the forefront in a wildly different gold environment."

NEWS $FROG.v
Major Drilling is in for the maiden program at South Bullfrog in Nevada 🇺🇸, roughly 3,000 m across seven fully permitted pads, four at Shingleback and three at Longtail, with drilling expected to commence in Q4
⛏️Longtail carries silica-kaolinite alteration and arsenic-antimony pathfinder geochemistry sitting over a resistivity feature with sulphides down to about 400 m, and Shingleback has steam-heated silica-alunite alteration on the Twin Shafts Fault alongside historic workings
$FROG holds 100% of the 10,050 acre South Bullfrog #gold project, which sits between AngloGold Ashanti's Bullfrog, North Bullfrog and Arthur projects. Those are adjacent properties, and mineralization on them is not necessarily indicative of what is at South Bullfrog
News posted for $GORO.v $GORO - The balance sheet finally has real numbers behind it, $59 million in cash and zero material debt as of June 30.
Q2 revenue hit $21.1M against $5.4M a year ago, and the six month period swung to a $0.3M profit from a $42.3M loss.
Reyes, Chairman and CEO: "grow production, expand resources, extend mine lives and advance San Francisco and Back Forty toward their next major milestones."
These numbers only cover legacy Goldgroup (former $GGA.v), the next report should be the first to fold in Don David and Back Forty from the $GORO $GGA merger.
Escalating a trade war w/USA in the midst of technical recession after recording consecutive quarters of negative real GDP growth while job growth is limited to gov jobs is NOT a good idea.
Elbows Up though!
New institutional coverage. Posted for $GORO.v $GORO & I've been banging the drum steadily on this ticker!
✅ Research Capital initiating with a BUY and 💥$8.50 target, more than double where the stock sits today. Calling for a "146.4%" projected return.
✅ The call isn't just a re-rate on sentiment though, it's built on the production jump. Two #gold mines already running, and a third (San Francisco) starts up Q1/27, expected to "nearly triple the company's gold output while reducing its costs to less than US$2,000/GEO."
✅ Balance sheet backs it up too... zero debt, projected to exit the year with ~$70M cash.
IMO the market hasn't caught up yet to what a self-funded, three-mine Mexican producer should be trading at. Worth watching.

Turquoise Ridge, right up the road, splits refractory (arsenic-rich pyrite) from oxide ore the same way Northumberland's resource does, and has produced 6.8M+ oz over 30 years. Refractory isn't a dealbreaker in Nevada, it's the norm.
$SKP.V
@CRDean5@DonDurrett Refractory sulfide gold with preg-robbing carbon is the same profile Goldstrike had. Barrick built autoclaves then a roaster to treat it and turned it into North America's largest gold mine, 20M+ oz poured by 2001.
News posted for $SCMI.v - a major resource jump today, the 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate at Minto is out. $SKRKF
Measured & Indicated resources are now 47.8 million tonnes, up 280% in tonnage from the 2025 estimate.
✅ 940 Mlbs copper (+182%)
✅ 530 Koz gold (+184%)
✅ 4.97M oz silver (+188%)
✅ Plus another 16.9Mt of Inferred resource on top
"Growing the Measured and Indicated Resource category by 280% in our Phase 1 drill program demonstrates the significant potential to grow mineable resources within the Minto Mine Property in a cost-effective and timely manner," said CEO Colin Joudrie.
And none of this includes the ongoing Phase 2 (50,000m) program, which is already 75% complete.

lets see here ... $95M in revenue potential from this LOI, plus the current revenue which is growing rapidly.... and $CCDS.V is currently valued at just $38M??
Upside much!? 📈📈
News posted for $CCDS.v - So much is happening, and happening very quickly. $CCDSF
✅ LOI signed: up to 25MW of AI computing demand from a single customer, CAD ~$95M in annual recurring revenue at full deployment
✅ 12-month placement window across Carrier's global co-location network, 3 months of deposit retained on every purchase order
✅ Lands 5 weeks after the definitive agreement for Carrier's first US data center, its sixth overall
✅ Purchase orders are the next catalyst, Rochester closing expected August 15
A single hyperscale data centre uses 30,000+ tonnes of copper.
100+ are being built right now.
No major new copper mine has been sanctioned in over a decade.
Do the math.

In the recent interview with Making Money Matter, management provided an in-depth update on Daura Gold’s strategy to unlock district-scale gold and silver discoveries in Peru and Argentina.
The company is executing its rapid exploration strategy across two premier mining jurisdictions:
- Flagship Peru Asset: Daura holds a 100% interest in over 16,600 hectares within the prolific Ancash region. Exploration is highly focused on the contiguous Libélulas and Antonella targets, which are being advanced through ongoing permitting and high-grade target definition.
- Argentina Earn-In: Located in the renowned Deseado Massif—near major producing mines like Cerro Negro and San José—the company is earning up to an 80% interest in the Cerro Bayo and La Flora projects from Latin Metals.
- Active Catalysts: The team recently completed its first drill program at Cerro Bayo, releasing the initial assay results on May 21, 2026, with further geophysical work and drilling planned to test extensive hydrothermal systems.
- Tight Structure: With only 28,036,000 common shares outstanding, the company provides investors with tight capital structure leverage as new exploration news rolls out.

$LUCA $LUCMF hit 6.8m @ 5.54 g/t AuEq in the Creston Vein (incl. 1.0m @ 22.35 g/t AuEq), exceeding current mined grades and within development reach. Alongside that, the El Rey vein (untested 20+ years) was intersected in every single drillhole.
"The El Rey vein was successfully intersected in every underground drillhole. This highlights the wealth of under-evaluated targets which the Company is systematically testing to support the addition of new mineral resources into the near, medium and long term Tahuehueto mine plan," said Paul D. Gray, VP Exploration.
