I think modern economics focus far too much on the quantitative side, more than things are actually quantitative
The most foundational universal aspect to markets, for example, is risk— something that can’t be deduced quantitatively
Belief and reflexivity— can’t be deduced quantitatively
One’s perception of a given scenario in the market— can’t be deduced quantitatively
I think the qualitative and perceptive aspects of markets need to be embraced more
