WFH isn’t a perk anymore. It’s a necessity.

Prior to the recent traffic, some employees are already spending 45 mins to 1 hour driving to work.

And now, they’re easily on the road for 1.5-2 hours.

By the time they arrive, they’re already tired, stressed, and frustrated.
