30+ days after this session ends (June 2, 2025) over $40 Million Dollars will start flowing toward the culprits that put this bill through with the biggest portion trickling into the Lt Gov's campaign fund account over many months.

Here's a factoid...you won't be able to trace and track that until February of 2026 due to Texas Ethics Commission filing deadlines for periodic filing if they distribute it after July 1, 2025 which will be their plan to hide it.

$100 Million is the total amount big lobbyists are rumored to have spent to get THC outlawed in Texas and create a black market paradise.

Black Market illegal drug trade is a dreamland of bootleggers lore where fortunes are made and cash is sprinkled everywhere.

Oh yeah, and people are killed...snuffed out when cartels prevail.

THIS is the biggest con-job of them all. TCUP is now and has been a miserable failure all along. Only 3 dispensaries are TCUP licensed. They serve less than 500 patients with LOW THC for over 5 years and it has been and is now a pathetic joke.

High dose THC for seizures, Parkinson, chronic pain, cancers and other ailments does not get you "HIGH". Here's how: the CBD levels are increased dramatically to offset the imbalance or disparity between the two elements.

Most people do NOT realize that the euphoric "high" from marijuana is when you have higher THC levels than CBD levels resulting in that THC high and potentially psychotropic moment.

Doctors that administer high THC to patients for the ailments listed and more DO NOT want their patient feeling wobbly or unstable as they might fall of have an accident. So, they use a balanced blend to get the anti-seizure or pain relief WITHOUT the dangers of the "high euphoria".

Most people do not know this. I'm an investor in other states in businesses that produce this where it is legal for patients under doctors care. 100 doctors are investors with me and others for this product that puts BIG PHARMA on their back because there are NO harmful side effects and NO overdosing on this treatment. Simply, good medicine and good patient care.

TEXAS is a $20 billion dollar a year opioid market...hydrocodone, and others. These big pharma bastards just bought your legislature to kill their competition.

Only the Texas Governor Greg Abbott can save 55,000 jobs and 16,000 retailers and farmers from being regulated out of business, which is the exact design of the bill. NO other state has a bill ANYTHING like this. This is a lobbyist invention designed to kill competition for big pharma and big alcohol.

Abbott would have to veto SB3 to stop this nonsense.

Florida's DeSantis just vetoed an anti-marijuana THC bill.

I don't think @GregAbbott_TX has the chops to veto SB3...not with a big fat juicy pay day sitting there waiting for him. That would be uncharacteristic of the campaign war chest champion of Texas political history.

READ this bill and tell me how any police officer or DA could possibly reasonably enforce it.

Saving America initially rests on five things:

1. A decades long immigration moratorium like we had from 1924 - 1965. (See chart)

2. Forced “Americanization” programs similar to those that existed 100+ years ago.

3. Ending Birthright Citizenship.

4. Mass deportations.

5. Remigration initiatives.
