@CyborgPeds It’s not just this though. Systems are at the same time replacing as many MDs with NP/PAs as possible to save money. As a sub specialist with a pretty large rural referral area, I gotta say some of the questions I get asked should not be asked by anyone taking care of patients.
@MrsGoresDiary@AviWoolf The difference as I see it though, is that a lot of the TV was shared family experiences spent together. I can reference some of those shows now decades later and everybody in my family gets it.
@politicalmath This post is a little pessimistic for you. I live in a midwestern town of 200,000 that’s one of the faster growing cities in the country. Most of the towns within 45 minutes are also seeing growth, but housing prices are much better if you drive a few minutes into town.
@DarkoStateNews Ryan is going to be a good pitcher too if he can get past injury problems. It’s a good return, but from the Dodgers perspective this isn’t a 2 month rental. This gives them a chance to sign him before a lockout.
@GeorgeOnTap Nope. Owners were going to do it anyway. They begged the Dodgers to do this and made them more aggressive rather than less. By owners making it all about the Dodgers, LA decided to give them the middle finger and do this before they couldn’t. Big fat contract incoming.
@ChadMoriyama Baseball players have more fun than players of any other sport. That goes double for college players. (Many of whom make these guys look cool.) It’s one of the joys of watching the sport.
@ingelramdecoucy@Gormogons My only concern is making sure they don’t drive up electricity rates for the residential consumer. Suspect we need a lot more nuclear power. But I’m all for that, so…
