Toronto Sun Editorial:
Brad Bradford our choice for Toronto mayor
There's no magic bullet to fix Toronto's problems overnight, but what's needed is a mayor ready to point the city in the right direction. In our view, Bradford is that leader. https://t.co/nR3SFUNYzt
Training for a marathon should be the hardest part, not getting to the starting line on race day.
My plan: start subway service at 6 a.m. on marathon day. A world-class city should plan for the world-class events it hosts. Let’s get Toronto moving.
Congratulations to all the runners taking part in today’s TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon!
Below is the catchment area for the program. There are thousands of slots available, but please don't delay.

Ladies and gentlemen, the Toronto mayoral race is now in a statistical tie.
It's a very clear choice between the current hard left NDP government and a centrist candidate drawing support from both Liberal and Conservative voters.

Olivia Chow is not a mean person. The people writing her talking points however seem to be not so nice.
The fact that her campaign seems to be centered solely on fear mongering suggests that her people desperately want to hold onto power, but are unable to tell you why they deserve to.

So first the good. The University of Toronto filled the protest area with police and campus security. They deserve full credit for that.
Now the bad. The event never should have happened, but it did anyway.
Past experience suggests that there will be no consequence for this grossly offensive protest on a day that was marked by mass rape, kidnapping, and slaughter of Jews in Israel.
An institution of the University of Toronto's stature cannot allow a small minority of its faculty and student body to be targeted because of their religion or their country of origin. It goes against our fundamental understanding of human rights in Canada.
An independent inquiry into antisemitism at the University of Toronto, to include investigating its modern manifestation as anti-Zionism, is long overdue.
Be certain that this will be a topic of debate at the next Governing Council Meeting.

There are some interactions in medicine that have haunted me for years. A look on a patient's face who realizes the gravity of their situation, or grief in the eyes of a parent who cannot help their child. It stays with you.
When I sat through 45 excruciating minutes of murder and mutilation recorded by the body cameras of Hamas terrorists on October 7th, I collected more core memories of overwhelming tragedy.
We as a society cannot let this day be hijacked by those who wish to glorify this horror.
The government must say NO!
The universities must say NO!
The high schools must say NO!
Sadly, the grade schools must say NO!
But most importantly, we all as individuals must say NO!

The Toronto subway system lacks basic safety features like automatic safety barriers.
Brad will change that.
Why? Because he actually cares.
Vote for Brad.
In politics, there's something called "The Big Mo".
That refers to momentum. If you've got it at the right time, you become an unstoppable force.
Look at these polls tightening. From 17, to 9, to 6 points in a matter of days.
Bradford's got the momentum!

Despite the University of Toronto stating that the "honour our martyrs" could not proceed for security reasons, student groups are holding this obscene event regardless.
Let me remind you that October 7th marks the day that Hamas terrorists raped women and mutilated their bodies, shot the elderly in their beds, murdered children still in their pajamas, and bound a mother and child together with wire before setting them on fire.
The University of Toronto can no longer pretend that this is an exercise in freedom of expression. This is an exercise in hate and it must be called out for what it is.
By providing a veneer of academic legitimacy, the University has become a breeding ground and safe harbor for the antisemitism which has poisoned our society.
If the University of Toronto will not form a task force on antisemitism, then it is time for the province to impose one on it.

Brad Bradford understands young Toronto voters.
They need a path to home ownership and real independence. This initiative will help to pry open a door that has been nailed shut for so many.
Vote for real leadership and real change.

I have tremendous respect for the work Chris Alexander has done for this country.
I first met him when he was our ambassador in war torn Afghanistan. He served honourably as an MP.
He can't win Toronto's mayor's race and should bow out and endorse Bradford

Here's another outrageous event at the University of Toronto in the lead up to October 7th.
It's an ahistorical account of the October 7th massacre which frames Hamas as the heroes. It's also Holocaust inversion which is considered hate speech in Canada.
The University of Toronto is choosing unfettered freedom of expression over all else to the determent of its Jewish students, staff, and professors.

Brad Bradford has announced that he will waive the municipal land transfer tax on the first $1.1 million of the value of homes purchased in Toronto if elected mayor.
