@shakeshack Thank you for one of the worst meals we’ve eaten in recent memory. Our 6 y.o. got the chicken bites & said he didn’t like them. We thought he was being picky, but they tasted like they were cooked in old grease and we’re still trying to get the taste out of our mouths

@Chase @ChaseSupport I spent 4+ hours on the phone with Chase travel trying to use my travel credit. It was an absolute nightmare. Worst customer experience ever. I think the scam is getting you to give up out of frustration. Never again!
