@NextGen Hey @nextgen, your claims aren’t going through to @waystar. Your CS reps blame Waystar and vice versa. You’re going to lose clients if you don’t fix this customer service nightmare.
Medicare physician payment has dropped 30% over the last quarter century when indexed to inflation, yet patients’ demand for care has never been higher. Physician practices and their patients are dying while industry profiteers enjoy record windfalls. We are in crisis.

@SarahClarkBDM Unfortunately @NextGen has botched their rollout and can’t get our claims to go through. NG and @Waystar reps are blaming each other and haven’t fixed this as of last night.
Anyone else notice how we got the Jacksonville shooter’s manifesto within hours of the “racially motivated” incident, but we still don’t have the Nashville Trans Terrorist’s manifesto 5 months after they murdered Christian schoolchildren?
It’s a simple explanation:
One boosts the regime’s racially divisive narrative
The other doesn’t
Due to Ryan Walters' persistent weaponization of his office, three bomb threats have been made against an Elementary school, putting innocent lives at risk. I call upon @SpeakerMcCall and @Sen_GregTreat to immediately start the impeachment process and let us vote to remove Walters before irreversible harm is inflicted.

@dougbeall The other problem there was a lot of times these are blown off when they’re actually fractures. You say clinical correlation 1000 times a day, recommende it here.
The first time I was assaulted, I was a 3rd year medical student, and a psych patient handcuffed to a gurney rail in the ER fought so hard, the entire metal rail (still cuffed to his arm) separated from the bed.
The 6ft piece of heavy steel would’ve gone flying into my skull had my former-linebacker attending not thrown me back, where I safely hit the wall instead, and he and two officers and two burly nurses wrestled the patient back down.
I never felt unsafe in medicine, even after that, because it wasn’t a targeted assault — I was just there as a victim of his pathology, which he couldn’t control either.
But times have changed.
People are angrier, in healthcare and in the world.
Compounded with the pressure cooker of the circumstances that land people in the ER, we exist in an explosive and violent world every day.
Healthcare has more non-fatal workplace violence than any other profession…and we’re supposed to be the field of healing…
🤨
@drkeithsiau It’s literally in the diagram. The word Roux and they’ve formed a Y. But, if I saw this diagram in a patient’s operative note I’d mostly be surprised. 🤷🏻♂️
If they get lost to follow up, we’ll prolly be seeing them for osteoporosis and a vitamin D of 8 in a few years.
