@marcuskelson …but I’d Google around and find out. And I kept a notebook. Duo is now pushing its ‘MAX’ subscription level that promises personalised interaction (and explanations of your errors) but I’m unconvinced of the quality of its pivot to AI in place of human linguist employees.

@marcuskelson I was surprised how much 3 years of Super (paid) DuoLingo French got me through France without reaching for a translation app. I wasn’t fluent but I could catch a gist and make my own needs clear. It has always been a bit weak on explaining the ‘why’ of its teachings (tbc)…
