@shakeshack very disappointed in my order tonight that was incorrect and nobody from your Stuyvesant (Albany) seems to answer the phone or return calls. I understand this store is fairly new but after spending money and receiving incorrect orders multiple times is unacceptable.

I would be more understanding but I was the only one in the drive thru at this point and watched many customers that came after me receive their orders. Obviously I was forgotten about after 45mins.

Had the worst experiences @kfc today. Ordered 3 specials(12 tenders and 12pcs chicken). Was told there would be a wait on tenders, absolutely fine. Was told to park and they would bring my food out. I paid for my order at 3:37. At 4:24 I had to go in to get my order. Unacceptable

$60 later, I'm disgusted with @Popeyes crossgates mall location. I was given 2 reg sides in place of my large sides(3reg= lg) in my family meal, by the manager trying to cheat me. I go back to get lg sides 2/3 full and attitude from the manager. Never patron this location again

@IHOP I need to get in contact with customer service. I placed a mobile order for three milkshakes but albany ny restaurant had an ice cream issue and did not refund me in-store.

@market32 Thanks for honoring my raincheck on its last day. Too bad I could only get 1 offer due to a misprint on the slip when the rep filled it even though the ad said 3 offers! And thanks to the manager that did nothing about that. Do better please.

Very disappointed with @bjsrestaurants Albany location tonight.Placed an order for takeout like I always do, and I ordered a shrimp scampi pasta. Only to be told that I did not order the pasta but a side, and no accommodations from the manager or associate after spending $80.

So disappointed with my experience with @bostonmarket tonight at your Latham NY store. Placed an online order for 4:20pm pickup.amd I'm still waiting here 45mins later. I think I've been beyond patient. What a let down in service. Think I will be taking a break from here
