@AmericanAir I guess that I wish that American had done more to hear my side of the story. My daughter and I were devastated to sleep in the airport. Throwing a 10 year old off a plane at 9 pm during this Pandemic has really affected my opinion of AA

@AmericanAir why did you allow this woman to assault me on AA Flight 457 from Miami To Phoenix on April 25 and then take my 10 year old daughter off the flight. We slept in the airport until 6am. Uncool
