@TiceRichard @SadiqKhan Note that Khan is reluctant to talk numbers. London's air pollution has been hugely reduced over the last 50 years. The original ULEZ reduced NO2 by 2.5%, PM2.5 probably went up. Switch to heavier EVs and it will go up. The 4000 deaths a year is fantasy - look up QUALYs!
