Show me one frame where he is brandishing a weapon. You can't. He didn't. He was recording with his phone and has a gun in a holster. You can clearly see an agent remove the victim's gun.

@XJacob @AFStreamWatch You sure they aren't all from the same Officer? The initial shot seems to be coming from right above the victim. You can't see his gun, but you can see his arm recoil, even before anyone reacts to the sound. Was the initial discharge accidental? The rest certainly were not.
