Zero interest rate.
Poor efficiency and delivery.
Multiple charges/deductions and tax on customer's account.
It is better to keep ur money in traditional banks like Jaiz, Kuda, etc

It was never easy for me. Today, when I looked back to those agonising days, I thank God for not making me to give up.

@is_salsu I feel ur pains. It is so frustrating when there is no checks and balance in our systems. I'd similar condition in 300level part 1 MBBS exams in 2010. One of my major courses was miscalculated and that would have made me to be withdrawn from medical school.

@is_salsu I'm not good with failures. I knew of I'd a resit of that course, I'd likely repeat and eventually withdrawn. If I challenge the outcome of the results, I might never see the light of medicine in the school. Either ways, I'd to take a strong positive risk. I challenged it.
