It was a pleasure to co-advise @RipollMagdalena on her #PhD thesis alongside @betancor_lorena who was the main advisor. Today, she successfully defended her exceptional work at @UniversidadORT! Her research advanced the use of immobilized #Gluconobacter #bioprocesses to valorise crude glycerol and developed innovative #engbio and #synbio tools. Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement!

Today, I took a moment to let my mind wander and disconnect while exploring the @britishmuseum. I spent most of my time admiring a single display that has fascinated me since childhood: the #samurai and their magnificent armour and swords. The intricate blend of aesthetics, functionality, and profound symbolism makes these pieces truly magical ✨. I wonder how it would feel and I would look like wearing one of these 🤔
