Elderberry for example was the original ingredient for cough syrup then the recipe got bastardized for profits and the modern day cough syrups are mostly chemical and only suppresses symptoms and not clear them away

Spironolactone is an androgen blocker as is. The HRT part is more pricey depending on the amount of doses.

Phytoestrogens is plant estrogen but they have effects on the human body of course, but not to what they're looking for.
