Back from @HuskerFootball and I wanted to share what I learned from @CoachMattRhule I visited him at his Training Camp but what I saw since he attended my training camp made me realize that leaders need training camp to.

When I speak to a team I always notice the coaches in the back listening as well. Sometimes I think they benefit as much if not more than the players….which is a good thing.

An organization and team can only grow as the leader grows. Leaders who grow and get better build teams and organizations that get better.
