@FOXNashville Y’all ought to do a story on @Pointeat5Oaks in Lebanon, TN. This “luxury” complex not only offers overflowing trash bins and free black mold in every unit, but provides uninsulated walls and non-latching doors to really bring you and your neighbors together. Only for 2k/month!!!
