A huge tower is coming up by Satgurus builder where the Kismet Building was earlier located. just opposite Otters club at Carter Road, Bandra West. How is this being allowed as this area falls under the Costal Regulation Zone?

Dear Sir, The sewage drainage system has been opened up opposite Joggers Park on Carter Road, Bandra West. The sewage pipe outside Rock Cliff Building has been broken by your contractors and left unattended thus causing leakage of sewage and dirty smell in the area. Thanks.
