Week recap: Building RAZNODE OS taught me more about founders than software this week. 🧵
1/5
This week reminded me that founders rarely struggle because they lack ideas.
Most struggle because they’re carrying too many jobs at once.
CEO. Operations. Hiring. Support. Community.
Eventually the company starts depending on one person instead of systems.
I’ve seen it more times than I can count.
One day, people will look back and wonder why we ever thought it was normal to connect a wallet to a random website with almost no information.
Imagine online banking worked like that...
"Good luck."
Crypto deserves better.
That's exactly why I'm building AirdropGuard.

Every founder has a moment when it feels like everything depends on them.
➪ You’re the CEO.
➪ You’re the operations manager.
➪ You’re the recruiter.
You’re answering questions, fixing problems, documenting processes, onboarding people, making decisions, and somehow still expected to build the product.
At first, it feels normal and then one day you realize you’ve built a business that can’t move unless you’re online.
That isn’t growth. That’s survival.
I started building RAZNODE OS because I got tired of watching founders rebuild the same systems from scratch every time they started something new.
Hiring before they were ready, losing time to operational chaos, making decisions without a framework, running communities without structure and trying to scale without systems.
RAZNODE OS is built to help founders build, scale, and systemize so your company becomes less dependent on you and more driven by repeatable systems.
I’m looking for 2-3 founding users,
Not customers, but founders who are willing to use the product, challenge it, and help shape what it becomes.
Applications will remain open for 48 hours. After that, I’ll personally select 2–3 founders or projects that are the best fit and announce them publicly.
If you’re:
➪ A solo founder
➪ An early-stage startup
➪ A growing Web2 company
➪ A Web3 project
➪ Esports project/company
➪ Building with a small team and want systems before headcount
I’d like to work with you and over the next 60 days, we’ll check in together:
➪ Day 7 ➞ What did you use?
➪ Day 21 ➞ What’s been most useful?
➪ Day 45 ➞ What have you ignored?
➪ Day 60 ➞ What would make this indispensable?
No fluff. No “looks good.”
Just honest feedback that helps build something founders genuinely rely on.
If, 2-4 months from now, RAZNODE OS helps founders spend less time firefighting and more time building, then this experiment will have been worth it.
If this sounds like you, visit the website, take a look around, and reach out. I’ll personally select three founders to get access.
Let’s build companies that run on systems and not stress.

A few days ago, there a particular homepage I created, and I thought the product was the hard part.
Then I started getting feedback but people weren’t confused because the product was weak. They were confused because the positioning was and the homepage wasn’t telling the story.
It wasn’t showing who RAZNODE OS was for.
It wasn’t showing why it exists.
It wasn’t making the value obvious within the first few seconds.
So I stopped building features, and started building clarity. Because a great product with poor positioning gets ignored and a great product with no distribution gets buried.
Founders don’t just build products, they also build understanding.
Still building RAZNODE OS in public.
Heading to bed now.
Curious…does this version make more sense?

@Razzyox Weirdly enough it ties down to a pattern ive always saw in web 3 communities so i can definitely see where the value is from this system. Very well done🛡
Most founders don’t have a growth problem, they have a systems problem… and new hire starts from zero. Every community depends on one person.
Every launch feels like reinventing the wheel.
The business moves.
The knowledge doesn’t.
Eventually someone leaves…and they take the operating manual with them. That’s why I stopped thinking in terms of community management.
I’m interested in founder operating systems.
Systems that document decisions.
Systems that survive people.
Systems that make growth repeatable.
Build.
Scale.
Systemize.

That's why I built AirdropGuard: not to tell you what to buy, but to help you understand the risks before connecting your wallet. If it saves even one person from a scam, every late night was worth it.

I didn't build AirdropGuard because I'm an expert.
I built it because I was the person who got caught.
Between 2019 and 2022, I lost money, trusted the wrong projects, and learned some painful lessons.
Here's why I built AirdropGuard. 🧵👇
What if you’re building something and you were asked to sell your product in 3 words what will it be?
I’ll go first. Founder Operating System.
Now let’s hear from you, I’m watching the comments.
🚨 Most people don't lose money because they picked the wrong airdrop...
They lose it because they connected to the wrong website.
Before you connect your wallet: ✅ Check if it's legitimate ✅ Review the risk score ✅ Verify the official links ✅ Know exactly what you're signing
That's why we built AirdropGuard.
