Our school provides PLC opportunities monthly and on top of that we have team time twice a week to collaborate with team members on problems that we face in our school.

A2. Staff should be asked what things they are unfamiliar with or things that need to talked about. From there, administrators could decide which topic to PLC on to best benefit their staff.

A1. If you expect someone to do something and follow your lead then you should emulate being a learner. Also, many students lack guidance in their lives so being a "model learner" for them is always great!
