We are sorry to confirm that The Dr Peter Centre is now closed (temporarily) due to the present Corvid 19 precautions.
We will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime, we ask all our lovely building users to stay well.

The building is watertight so nothing to hold it up now. Pipes and wires everywhere inside so really getting close to D-Day.

Our builder is going up the wall! He is about halfway now. Soon he should be on the roof.

Wow! We now have a floor. All we need are walls and a roof and we can move in. VP

Things are set to get even more exciting this week. The base concrete should be poured on Monday, and after that the brickwork will start.

It's a frame up! Steelworkers on site and the outline structure of the new building is now in place. Really cool.

This week work starts on the groundworks to prepare the foundations for the new centre. Watch this space.

They think it's all over? It is now. The building has been flattened and the site levelled. Dr Peter's daughter has cut the first turf.

The roof is now off and today they start knocking down the walls. Smashing!
