Great article and scary as hell. Not sure what the optometry board is thinking. When your members and the National Board of Examiners disagree with you sure looks suspicious. The Kentucky Board of Optometry needs to do better. Read this article if you have a chance.

@d_yetter I just read this in the Lantern-great article,and frankly scary as hell. As a licensed dentist , I can’t believe this board has so little regard for public safety.I also can’t believe the properly licensed optometrists haven’t asked for all the members of the boards resignations.
