Same role abroad pays 7x–20x more with better conditions and growth.

This is not disloyalty it’s a rational decision.

If retention matters, pay must reflect reality.

Pakistan already has a doctor shortage. Underpaying doctors doesn't save the system, it pushes more doctors out of it.
