We dedicate our lives to saving others.
On 8 June, we stand together at the Health Secretariat to demand fair salaries and dignity for doctors.
#PayRaiseForDoctors
We’ll be running a Twitter/X trend tonight at 9 PM for #PayRaiseForDoctors.
Stay tuned and be ready to join the movement for all Cadres (HOs, TMOs, MOs, TR, SR, AP, Assoc Prof, And Prof).
The most dangerous hospital crisis is not always visible.
Sometimes it is hidden behind a doctor’s calm face, the exhaustion, the unpaid hours, the pressure, the fear, the silence.
A system that ignores its doctors eventually fails its patients.
#PayRaiseForDoctors
History won't remember our silence; it will remember our struggle for justice. ✊
The budget is here—now is the time to be heard. Retweet to demand fair pay for those who serve the nation.

This graph tells the story policymakers avoid:
Cost of living rose. Inflation rose. Workload rose. Patient load rose.
But doctor salaries moved like an afterthought.
A health system cannot survive forever on unpaid sacrifice, silent burnout, and moral blackmail.
Fair pay is not greed, it is system survival.

While everyone enjoys Eid, doctors will still be running emergencies on 60K–90K salaries ,barely enough after hostel and family expenses. Highly qualified, overworked, and underpaid. @SohailAfridiISF Kindly raise doctors’ pay. They deserve better.
#PayRaiseForDoctors
Alhamdulillah! We trended on X yesterday. Thank you to every doctor and supporter.
Under YDA Pakistan Official, we fight for:
• Fair pay
• Jobs for young doctors
• Ending hospital corruption
• Expanding PGR/TMO seats
Our united voice can't be ignored
#PayRaiseForDoctors
Pakistan treats its doctors like disposable workers. Years of hard work, mental pressure, night shifts, and responsibility for human lives, yet salaries remain insultingly low, sometimes even below guards and ride drivers. This is exploitation.
#PayRaiseForDoctors
A young doctor in Pakistan earns ~Rs 65–70k/month while working 80–100 hours/week.
Same role abroad pays 7x–20x more with better conditions and growth.
This is not disloyalty it’s a rational decision.
If retention matters, pay must reflect reality.
#PayRaiseForDoctors
Pakistan already has a doctor shortage. Underpaying doctors doesn't save the system, it pushes more doctors out of it.
Fewer doctors , more burden, longer waits, and weaker patient care. A healthcare system cannot survive on exhausted and underpaid doctors. #PayRaiseForDoctors
All good doctors are leaving pakistan as Doctors community is most ignored cadre of govt. Own them as they own health system for you.
