Stick to The Basics : Simple Solutions Beats Complex Ones

For more than 7 days,
I struggled to import data into MySQL.

I had 9,994 rows of data in a CSV file that I needed to import into MySQL.

But every attempt failed.

I ended up with only 9,694 rows.

Many machines and systems do complex tasks, but that doesn’t make them AI.

Otherwise, it just advanced software.

It never happened... until ALX offered me a free AI course by IBM SkillsBuild.

• Donor site looked like a fresh bruise
• It was cleaned and dressed
• Graft was meshed (tiny holes) before being laid over the excised hemangioma site for aeration and to also stretch the skin

Watched my first skin grafting procedure today.

The precision of harvesting and placing donor skin was incredible to see up close.

The surgeon had hinted to us that he was going to use a graft to seal the surgical wound from the excision of hemangioma from the left foot

I expected skin grafting to look something like:
scalpel incision → diathermy to lift skin & fascia → cover the site → suture/staple the graft on the wound.

What I actually saw:
• Surgeon used a Humby knife to shave off a paper-thin skin graft
