Each branch has the power to limit actions of the other 2, preventing any 1 branch (including President) from becoming too powerful

After President Trump embarrassed the governor of Maine in front of everyone, the governor's Chief of Staff threw a tantrum and cursed out a White House official.

The White House intergovernmental affairs director reiterated Trump's message to all the gubernatorial chiefs of staff that they needed to follow the law & protect women's sports in a meeting. The Pres Election is very simple to me. All I hear & see from Trump is an angry man spewing hate. But I believe in the basic goodness & grace of the American people who have sustained the greatest democracy the world has seen. I also believe that love always prevails over hate.
