Have you and your partner resolved to improve your relationship this year?
One of the best ways to jump-start that resolution is to join a Wired for Love Online Workshop. My wife, Dr. Tracey Boldemann-Tatkin, and I are teaching our next workshop starting on February 1st.
It may seem counterintuitive, but this principle will benefit your relationship with family and friends just as much as it benefits your romantic relationship.
Level 1 is a rigorous 40-hour training spanning four two-day sessions to give you the foundational skills of PACT’s practical mind-body approach to couple therapy. CE Hours are available (APA, NYSED, and NBCC).

It’s your last chance to join me in my next Wired for Love Workshop!
My wife, Dr. Tracey Boldemann-Tatkin, and I teach Wired for Love Workshops only a couple of times a year.
Communication is difficult enough on a good day. When you’re under stress or discussing emotionally sensitive topics, the potential for errors increases exponentially.
Don’t make it harder by adding multiple topics into the mix in a fight. Focus on one issue at a time.
This simple agreement will drastically improve your chances of resolving disagreements with your partner: "We only argue over one topic at a time. The first topic introduced wins."
You'll get to join me and my wife, Dr. Tracey Boldemann-Tatkin, for 8 live online sessions that will help you fight better, improve intimacy, soothe yourself and your partner, and more. Learn more here: https://t.co/afE6nnN4rL
Looking for more in-depth guidance on improving your relationship? You can now sign up for my next Wired for Love Online Workshop starting on February 1st!
You don't have to have been raised in a family that promoted secure attachment to create a secure-functioning relationship. Most of us have to learn how to do this as adults.
My wife, Dr. Tracey Boldemann-Tatkin, and I created an online Wired for Love Workshop to help you do that. We'll spend 8 Sundays helping you and a small group of other couples better understand your partner, resolve conflicts, and create a lasting, fulfilling relationship.
Try to spend some time every day embracing each other or gazing into each other's eyes. This kind of contact evokes feelings of intimacy and safety in a relationship. It can even restore those feelings if they were threatened.
