If you have in-the-drawer hearing aids, you're doing your brain a disservice. Even if you think you can hear, you probably hear better with your hearing aids on. It will lessen the effort it takes to hear and it can help tinnitus from getting worse from a lack of stimulation.

@DGlaucomflecken Agreed. Teeth problems can indirectly cause keratin buildup in the ear canal and heart problems. Heart problems can also impact hearing health. Untreated Hearing Loss raises the risk of dementia. Seniors deserve teeth, eyes and ears to be covered by traditional Medicare.

@POTUS Specialists are specialists for a reason. Ear tumors and impacted ear wax cannot be addressed with OTCs. Many will struggle to program their own devices correctly through a smart phone. Hearing specialists will be unbundling our services and our time will be valued.
