I’m out of close to $1500 for a room that was booked in July 2023 @WoodSpringStay K. Avenue in Plano. Being new to the area, I was a
unaware of this hotel & it appeared nice online. Upon my arrival, I was notified that the elevator was not working and hadn’t been 4 several days.

@WoodSpringStay I wasn’t comfortable going up and down the stairs and it seemed to be unbearable. @WoodSpringStay would not refund my money due to the “clause” although I NEVER stated a night.

@WoodSpringStay has a clause when you run your credit card that all funds are NON REFUNDABLE. Once I arrived, I was informed that the elevator was broken & had been for several days. There were also many people hanging around.
