I just opened TikTok and saw a 20yr old girl say, ‘Only me PCOS, fatty liver, kidney problems.’
I checked the comments and it was full of girls aged 17–20 saying the same thing.
Then I saw another: ‘Only me PCOS, ovarian cysts, enlarged ovaries, fatty liver, 2 years without menstruation… and I just turned 20.’
My goodness
They said more than five police officers were involved in the extrajudicial killing of Oghenemine. So why is only one person being paraded as the culprit?
Justice cannot be selective. Every officer involved must be identified, investigated, and prosecuted accordingly. Anything less is a coverup.
We must not allow this to fade away like just another social media trend. Real lives are being lost, and silence only enables more abuse.
The world watched how justice was pursued in the case of George Floyd. We must demand the same level of accountability here.
If you can’t make a post, please share this message. Speak up. Demand justice.

@callmekingmike@tanna_uzoka@aproko_doctor@nationalnma@PoliceNG Clearly, you don't know about this topic the way you think you do. Just sit this one out pls.
What do you mean by "without any provocation"?
If you've not worked in that scrub/ward coat, you shouldn't talk about it this way pls.
You see how a patient’s relatives beat up a doctor and it ultimately lead to his death and everyone is facing front? But last week everyone had something to say about how ridiculous 119k is and it’s a humanitarian service.
The stories about doctors removing body organs has left many patients distrusting us.
Patient enters theater and I began repairing the eye that was injured by a nail. In the middle of the surgery…..
Patient: Dr, please don’t remove my eye.
Me: Did the nurse give you the full details of this surgery before you came in?
Patient: Yes
Me: What did she tell you and what did you consent for?
Patient: that you are going to stitch and repair the part that was damaged.
Me: Is that the same as eye removal?
Patient: I’m sorry doctor
Me: that’s not the answer to my question
Patient: No, it’s not the same. Please continue with your work
PRIVATE HOSPITALS ARE FOR PROFIT MAKING.
They are businesses!
If you want free or subsidized health care, head to the government-owned hospitals.
Your government has failed you by not providing you with good healthcare; direct your grievances to them.
Nigerian doctors practicing in Nigeria, stop offering services for free on Social media.
Anyone who needs your services should pay consultation fee and you attend to them privately except you don’t know what you’re doing.
Don’t jump in here and be making diagnoses and treatment on public social media.
It’s not only unethical, it’s demeaning of your profession.
Have some dignity.
Have some pride.
Don’t appear cheap.
The public don’t rate you like that.
@CollinsofYork@Finest_Surgeon@mAryam_Dee@Dr_Afo Are you having issues with the doctor or the hospital’s charges? Pick your battle.
Doctors are tired of being exploited. If the hospital had just charged something like ₦2M upfront to cover everything, we probably wouldn’t be having this argument. Good health is not cheap!!!
@doctrLakes I heard of a foreign owned facility that wanted to pay doctors what they actually deserve. It was about times 3 of what government was paying at that time...only for the Nigerian on the board to say...they should not do it (as per doctors earn way lesser than that😠).
Today, I turn a year older. And every year on this day, I reflect on something far bigger than me.
For a long time, I believed luck was something that just happens to you. Then I realised, luck can be engineered. Opportunity can be democratised.
Hope is not just a feeling; it is a system we can build.
🚨🗣️The scenario that happened with Barcelona yesterday is honestly heartbreaking!
Imagine Barcelona entering the match down 4-0 against Atlético, without De Jong and Lewandowski, and with Koundé injured Flick had to play Cancelo on the right even though his strength is on the left. Then Balde got injured, Araujo came on, and Flick had to use him as a forward because there were no strikers. Can you imagine the struggle?
Despite all this, Barcelona played an amazing game truly amazing. They dominated Atlético in every aspect: terrifying pressing, perfect possession, scoring from set pieces. If it weren’t for the lack of a striker and the brilliance of Atlético’s goalkeeper Muso, plus the crossbar, Barcelona could have scored at least 5 goals!
And in the end, after all that effort and struggle, Barcelona scored only 3 goals, and the comeback hinged on just one goal one goal, seriously? Football, you’re not being fair at all!
Yes, Barcelona didn’t complete the comeback and didn’t reach the cup final, but Barça fans should be proud of their team and Hans Flick, because Barcelona truly gave everything until the very end and didn’t hold back in a single detail. A magnificent match deserves all the praise 👏💙❤️
“Doctors are being paid N400k per month,” Actor Wole Ojo raises alarm
E shock u abi?
This won’t gain traction
Considering that a Senior Registrar contracted and died from LASSA FEVER chasing these kinda Salaries
Needle pricks that give Health workers and Doctors Hepatitis and HIV full everywhere…
Some later develop complications from these diseases and die.
Do you know what Hazard Allowance for Doctors in Nigeria is? 32k-40k depending on your level in service. That is ~400k per year. Which amongst Lassa, Hepatitis and HIV can that treat for you in a year?
General hospitals across the country are having less and less doctors, Teaching Hosyamd other training facilities are having fewer and fewer Residents to train.
You see the lacuna being created of shortage of healthcare workers and Doctors, we will soon crash into the lowest part of that pit and it’ll take decades to get out of.
This is a National Crises that is fast becoming a National Disaster.
And guess what, It’s now a National Emergency that no one is taking their time to face.
Enough said….
Dear @POTUS,
We don’t want you to come ‘guns a blazing’.
What you can do for us is revoke the visas/residency of all Nigerian politicians and their families.
They have stolen our commonwealth and enriched your economy with it.
First step — revoke their visas.
