@paulsaladinomd I can tell you this on the last 9-10 years of racing shoes. I was a former semi elite runner. Wore the Nike line of shoes that Kipchoge was wearing. I got faster for sure. A heel spur
& Achilles tear later I can’t race anymore. I’m not the only one I know either. Super shoes 👎🏻

@shagbark_hick Ok I’ll ask - where are you in NY? I’m in CNY. I lived in Manhattan, Capital Region as well before coming back to where I grew up. I’ve seen everything. It depends on where you are. I saw more depressed people in bigger cities than rural areas. My lake at the base ADK is amazing
