The Supreme Court is legislating based on special and personal interests. They have no connection to precedent or standards. And the lower courts are similarly stacked and corrupt.

I was public policy with a pre-law emphasis in undergrad. And in my pipe dreams, what I wanted to do was clerk at the Supreme Court and do something right. I’m ashamed of what the court has become and the complete illegitimacy of their “arguments”

At this point, they are a sham, and the entire structure of courts in this country needs to be overhauled and restructured.

We should hear from Senators Murkowski, Collins, and Manchin if they believe there should be any consequences at all for misleading members of the US Senate in order to secure a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land.
