This kettle soured ale is brewed with coriander and orange peel, then fermented with prickly pear purée and fresh apple cider from Windy Hill Orchards. Light, crisp and seasonally refreshing. ABV% 6.0

Sweater Weather - From apple picking, to carving pumpkins, to thanksgiving dessert - this autumn ale combines everything we love of about the season. Brewed with biscuit malt, cinnamon and ginger, then conditioned on apple cider and real pumpkin. 6.2%

this ale was brewed with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. 350lbs of pumpkin purée was added post fermentation. While pumpkin is inherently a muted fruit, a slice blend of cinnamon, all spice and nutmeg assists in accentuating the natural earthy pumpkin flavor. ABV% 6.5

Travers Weekend is upon us in Saratoga!

This light-copper lager has a subtle fruity hop character balanced by toasty Vienna malt. The finish is dry and fairly bitter. For beer geeks, this is basically a hoppy and slightly strong version of a Vienna lager.
