@LNRailway Hi, it is now 1836 and the train still has not arrived, let alone left. I wouldn't carp but your app still says that it is on time, when it clearly isn't.
@LNRailway When will the next train from Birmingham New Street to Berkswell leave? At New Street, there is no information, no announcements, no staff and an increasingly angry crowd of people
@nxwestmidlands@TransportForWM Have been stood at Stonehouse Lane/Jiggins Lane stop for over 30 minutes for a bus towards Birmingham. No sign of either a 23 or X22. What is going on?
@LNRailway@ThornhillDave I am sat on the 1806 to London Euston at New Street and there has been an announcement on the train's PA (from the driver or guard) announcing that the delay is due to trespassers on the line. The same reason has just been given as I was typing this.
@TransportForWM@nxwestmidlands This X22 has been 8 minutes away for the past 5 or 6 minutes, but now it is 9 minutes away. Is it actually coming? Is it heading in the wrong direction?
@nxwestmidlands When I got to the QE stop at University station at around 8.35 this morning, the @TransportForWM app said that an X22 towards Bartley Green was 3 minutes away. This bus never arrived - what happened to it?
@AvantiWestCoast I have just had a telephone call from my wife who is waiting for a train to leave Euston for Coventry. Do you have any idea when the train will leave? She is waiting on the 2230.
@WestMidRailway Unfortunately, the conductor of my next train at New Street won't hold the train, and now the next train to arrive (1756) has left two minutes late, making an already tight connection tighter.
@WestMidRailway@TransportForWM Connections between buses and trains are often tight. Dismaying that the 1735 to Four Oaks left University early and the next train is cancelled. Would it have hurt for the train to wait until the timetabled departure time?
@TransportForWM@nxwestmidlands Waiting for an X22 towards Birmingham at Adams Hill/St Peter's Church. The TFWM app said that the bus was 8 minutes away, then 3 (both times in bold). The bus has not arrived, and is no longer listed as arriving on the app. What happened to it?
@WestMidRailway That's what I would have thought. I can understand closing the doors 50 seconds before departure, but not leaving a minute early. Still, as the next train is late, it's only 20 minutes I have to hang around.
@WestMidRailway If a train appears in the timetable as departing at 1709, should it really have already moved away from the platform when the time on the departure board shows as 1708?
@SamanthaTaghoy According to the Telegraph, a newspaper for whom you are apparently a columnist, 'The man suspected of driving a car into a Christmas market in Germany is an exiled Saudi doctor who praised far-Right politicians for combating the “Islamisation” of Europe'.
@nxwestmidlands But neither of those apps offer real-time information (although the @TransportForWM app claims to), they are both only as reliable as a printed timetable. Which, as I have consistently seen, is not very reliable.
@nxwestmidlands The 1711 X22 to Birmingham from Adams Hill has not arrived AGAIN. The 1712 X21 to Birmingham from Jiggins Lane has not appeared AGAIN. How can two different routes consistently not run?
@nxwestmidlands A X21 bus towards Birmingham finally arrived but it's not possible to wait for both buses at the same stop. I had to run to the X21 stop, but by the time I got there, the X21 had past it. This is beyond a joke. There is no real time information available. When is the next bus?
