“I didn’t listen to music. I kind of just liked being aware of my surroundings. I guess it sounds kind of corny, but I didn’t have headphones. I’d kind of be lost in my thoughts. During games, it was like a blackout. That’s why people say I didn’t talk on the sidelines. I didn’t, ’cause I was so locked in on what was ahead of me.”

“It’s like I wasn’t even there. And I would snap out of it when we were winning or when the game was over, and I would just kind of come back to myself. So that’s kind of why I needed to stop playing football, because I was never present.”

🚨 Welcome to the $15 billion California High Speed Rail to nowhere:
Since 2008 California has spent $15 billion and has not connected a single city or laid a single track. It is now projected to cost more than $200 billion to finish despite being proved nearly impossible to complete.

In 2008 China also announced a high-speed rail and has now connected the entire country with over 30,000 miles while California has connected 0 miles.

Over $500 million has gone to contractors who could not work, homes are currently being built on the alignment, and farmers will lose their farms. In this video I go down the alignment of the high speed rail exposing the failures and confront the legislators in charge of this absolute disaster of a project.

WoW: Forever is basically vanilla WoW from an alternate timeline where they never ruined it. Level 60. Original world. Original era. But with new zones, 1,000+ new quests, new raids, new dungeons, and all the stuff old WoW might’ve eventually become if they’d just kept building on it.

Warcraft III is getting its first new campaign in 23 years. Diablo V is coming. StarCraft is becoming an open-world shooter for some reason. Netflix is making an animated Diablo series.

This is an irresponsible amount of 40-year-old man bait.

People lost YEARS of their lives to these games. Entire friendships existed inside them. Vanilla WoW meant getting home, logging into Ventrilo, and listening to the same eight guys breathe into their microphones until 3 a.m.

Gaming might actually be all the way back. I’m frightened.
