I genuinely hate this guy at the gym that I’ve never met, because I saw him leave the toilet cubical without washing his hands. And I just can’t move on from it
5 DAYS TO GO.
The last 347 days running through africa have no doubt been the toughest of my life, but such an immense honour.
We have met incredible people in every single country we've been to that have welcomed us with love & kindness. The human spirit is a beautiful thing.
Very grateful for these experiences and would definitely encourage anyone out there to go get after that adventure, whatever it looks like for you.
Thank you to the people of Africa for being such an amazing part of this journey🫡

9 days out. For so long the finish line has felt like some mystical event happening very far into the future so it’s pretty crazy to comprehend that it is now only single digit days away.
This last year has been a mad one. A classic bit of type 2 fun with a generous sprinkle of type 3. What a time to be alive.
Hope you’ve had a good day out there troops. Donations to the fundraiser continue to sky rocket. Big up to everyone supporting🫡

Yes boys & girls. Another day closer. Wanted to open up the last day of this project to anyone & everyone who has been watching and supporting. Come and run the last marathon, the last half, 10km, 5km, 1km. Whatever you fancy.
We'll be starting from the shell garage in Ghezala, finish at the most northern tip of Africa, and then trading 1s & 2s on the tarmac for 1s & 2s on the dance floor.
We've booked a hotel on the nearby town of bizerte between the 6th-9th of April and have a party organised for the last day running on the 7th. If you want to come and be a part of it with us just email [email protected] with a photo of your passport and flight/travel confirmation and we will sort your accommodation for free as a thank you for everyone's immense support. First come, first served & limited spaces.
Plenty of other hotels super close by though so if you still want to come for the finish and the party, feel free to book your own place (no need to email) Everyone is welcome!

Approaching the last few days in Guinea. Been up in the mountains getting about it. Someone’s swapped my hip flexors for cheese strings which isn’t ideal but movements just about getting made. Excited to get to Senegal where we have some people flying in for a few days to meet us before the vast, isolated stint in the Sahara.
Have met some really inspiring people over the last few days and pondered many of life’s big questions. When I started this mission I was hoping that throughout the course of such a long adventure maybe I would discover more answers to these questions, but honestly I just have more questions. Life is complicated. Tarmac isn’t. Time to go cave it in🫡

I’m currently on Day 84 of becoming the first person ever to run the entire length of Africa.
Made it through deserts, mountains, jungle. Pissed blood. Food poisoning. Recently got robbed at gunpoint. Still got over 11,000km & 13 countries to go.
This is my progress on the map.
Your support would be a game changer🫡
