CBIC, लखनऊ जोन में वर्ष 2017 से मिनिस्टीरियल कैडर के लंबित प्रमोशन को लेकर इस कैडर के द्वारा दिनांक 22.12.23 से लगातार काली पट्टी बांधकर सांकेतिक विरोध प्रकट किया जा रहा है I किन्तु प्रमोशन को लेकर कोई भी कार्यवाही नहीं हो रही है | जबकि #Mission Mode के तहत रिक्तियां भरी जानी है|

एक ग्रुप B ओफिसर् पूरी जिंदगी एक डिपार्टमेंट को देता हैं,और उसको 1 या 2 प्रोमोशन मिलता है अपने पूरे30 साल के कार्यकाल में। ग्रुप A ओफिसर्स को 8-9 प्रोमोशन मिलता। ये तो अत्याचार है।
