After 100s of @SouthwestAir flights, for the 1st time, my bag didn’t make it to Raleigh. Thankfully they hand delivered my luggage to Farmville, VA (of all places) the next day via same-day delivery. Thanks to SW air, Xan the delivery guy and his copilot Oreo🐶! 5⭐️ SW 4 lyfe
