Hey @USAA. Filed first-ever claim on my homeowners policy on 4/28. Adjuster came 5/14. Haven’t seen a report, let alone a check. Your own automated responses say it will be no more than 14 days. It’s been 40. Terrible customer service.
I would like @dfwticket to start a petition to have #Halloween moved to the last Saturday in October. Trick-or-treating with elementary schoolers on a school night can be brutal. And the next morning is worse. @gordonkeith@junior_miller@GeorgeDunham
@British_Airways Hi. I paid for a biz class seat from PIT to LHR, but my seat had no electricity. I couldn't recline, watch a movie, charge my phone, etc., for 7.5 hours. Customer service dept has offered $50 for my inconvenience. Certainly it's worth more that. Can you help?
