It is with great excitement to announce Dickinson Baseball’s NEW training facility coming in March of 2020! This new building will offer an all turf facility with 3 full batting cages, pitching machines, 2 half cages, a designated tee area, and 3 full bullpen pitching mounds!

Alex Bouchard 🤝 Avg 93 ➡️ Avg 95 T 98 🤝

A big winter of both the velocity and command side of things for Bouch. Bouch always had high level velocity but struggled to do it consistently and command it. Hes a good example of how the COM shift can improve rotational velocities and impact command/ball flight.

What did he focus on?

1. His set-up
2. Posture
3. Stacked at Landing

These changes have cleaned up his shapes and allow them to be more consistent while also command the ball at a much higher clip. Excited to see him keep shoving for the Red Sox.
