Can’t believe how quiet we have been over the last 2/3 weeks, usually the end of September and beginning of October we start to tick over nicely. I don’t know if others are feeling the same way in retail, feels like uncertain times….

@UPS_UK once again you have messed up my delivery. No customer service on the phone or by email as usual, complete waste of time and the customer suffers.

@UPS_UK why have you taken away the payment facility for making VAT duty payments online? Also just been told to give the driver cash as they won't accept a card payment over the phone? Can you explain this shocking level of customer service?
