@boltapp, could you explain how my driver successfully started my ride without requesting my code? I asked the driver, and he said it's cos he is a premium driver. Is this true? I want to know what to expect next time.

WAEC team had a meeting on Thursday.

They said that the new curriculum will now take effect from 2028.

The WAEC portal hasn’t updated the removed subjects yet.

We await that from them!

Also the exam will be CBT for objectives and manual for theory and practicals.

Their is a big unresolved issue that may potentially cause mass WAEC failures in 2026 if not attended to.

Currently on WAEC portal, students are being made to register for subjects in the new curriculum which is fundamentally wrong.

Ideally, it should have started when the students currently in SS1 will be in SS3 which is in 2028.

Students right now are forced to prepare for the upcoming exams within just 6 months with the new curriculum.

That is already posing a lot of struggle for top private school students not to talk of public schools.

It is very crucial that this is being looked into especially the fact that CBT will also introduce its own challenges in 2026.
